No on-site parking at the venue. We've been told that the best deal for all-day parking in the area is Latimer Car Park, they have a $20 cash all day deal. Other than that, it's street parking. Very limited because it's right in the heart of Center City. -
Getting in: The entrance to the venue is on S. Hicks st, between Pine and Spruce. There are no stairs or ramps to get into the venue. Cobbly thin sidewalk to get into the door.
Getting your ticket: If you have purchased your tickets in advance for the Bluver, go straight to the Bluver. If you need to buy a ticket, go to the Proscenium FIRST to purchase your ticket.
Finding a seat: Seating is generally going to be general admission for every show, so no assigned seats/tickets. If you need any help you can touch base with the house manager.
-
Masks are required at all Cannonball shows in the theater unless otherwise noted. Masks are optional in the lobby areas.
-
All seats are padded chairs with elbow rests. There is one row of about 18 seats on the ground level, no stairs needed to access them, and 5 rows behind them that are up on risers, accessible by stairs. The chairs on the ground level can be taken away by staff for wheelchair users to use that space.
-
Before: Expect a brief pre show announcement by a Cannonball Producer
After: Spaces will need to be cleared out ASAP to get ready for the next show happening. Socializing and galavanting can be done in the lobby areas!
-
Shows will be starting on time! Late seating policies are show dependent, and late seating is not guaranteed. Get to the venue early if possible!
-
How to leave a show: There are no lights in the space/on the stairs if you have to leave during a show, however there are reflective strips which will help a bit.
How to re-enter a show: Check in with a Cannonball staff member. Please do not re-enter on your own.
-
There are a number of single stall, all-gender restrooms (about 8). Three of these are wheelchair-accessible.
-
Lobby info: There is a lobby separate from the theater with 2 couches and misc other seating and tables.
Cafe: There will be a small cafe with assorted snacks and beverages every day.
Earplugs: will be available by request at the box office.
